Process automation with Data Force Group and HCL Software

The first system allows for the planning and monitoring of marketing campaigns in a cross-channel model (taking into account, for example, email, SMS, mobile applications, websites, social media). The second is responsible for personalising communication based on an analysis of customer behaviour and preferences. Its performance can be monitored through extensive reporting and analytical functions.

Some of the most commonly implemented HCL products by DFG are Unica Campaign and Unica Interact.   • Unica Journey - allows tracking every stage of customer interaction - from the first contact with the brand, through the stage of purchase and use of the product or service, to the stage of customer loyalty research.
  • Unica Discover - offers advanced tools to analyse user behaviour on websites. E.g. through heat maps, navigation paths, advanced content analysis. The platform also enables personalisation of website content, based on user behaviour data, which significantly increases user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Unica Deliver - software to help create mailing campaigns taking into account the preferences of the message recipient, based on their behaviour and needs. Deliver also makes it possible to include dynamic elements in the mailing, adapted to the current knowledge of the recipient.

Using DFG's proprietary solutions (allowing integration of any of the Unica modules with local CRM systems, analytics or data centres) and the system provided by HCL - financial and telecommunications institutions (and others) can analyse the situation of any customer in real time. In this way, it is possible to learn about his or her activities and product habits, and consequently identify the appropriate communication path and offer a customised interaction scenario.
